Day 1: You Take The First Step

Today is a new day… Today is the day you cast off all the self-doubt, all the worry, and all the nervousness. You go for it. You schedule a No Sweat Intro with one of the CrossFit Vertex trainers.
DAY1Day 2: Meet Your Coach | Discuss Goals

You’re here and you’ve broken down another barrier: walking through the door for the first time. You meet with your coach and discuss your health and fitness goals. You’ll also tour the facility and learn a little about the CrossFit Methodology. This conversation is easy-going and it’s free.
Ready to get started?? We’ll schedule the first On-ramp Session and we’re on our way!
DAY2Day 3: First Introduction Session

You’ve completed your first Intro Session. Congrats! To recap, your coach has instructed you on each movement and you’ve drilled them together. You worked out at your pace – remember, safety then intensity. Well done.
DAY3Day 10: One Week In | Intros Complete

Your Intro Sessions are complete. Kudos to you for sticking with it! For the first month, work directly with your coach. Tell them what classes you plan to attend. With each class, the instruction and education continues. Keep working!
DAY10Day 12: First CrossFit Class Complete

You’ve rocketed past another hurdle: you completed your first CrossFit class! You’ve met some of our members and worked out beside them. You and your coach tailored the movements to your ability and you slowly built up intensity during the workout. Great first class!
DAY12Day 30: Building Healthy Habits

Over the past 30 days, you attend classes regularly and check in with your coach often. Your confidence is growing, along with your knowledge and intensity during each workout. Most importantly, you’re building a rock solid foundation for future health and wellness.
DAY30Day 60: Keep Moving Forward

You made wonderful progress over the past 60 days. Together we continue to work toward your goals and health milestones. Each class is a testament to your hard work and dedication to achieving a happier and healthier you. Keep moving forward!
DAY60
