At CrossFit Vertex, we follow the CrossFit methodology of training. We keep a schedule a Group Classes Monday through Sunday.
But large group classes of 12-15 participants aren’t for everyone. Likewise, one-on-one training sessions may be too costly for the average gym-goer. Because of these reasons (and others), we offer a semi private training program: Vertex SPT

What is Vertex SPT?
The Vertex Semi Private Training (SPT) program consists of small group training sessions of two to four participants. During the session, participants work directly with a coach. The workout program is individualized per participant. This means that a few of the folks may work the same movements or strength training, or perhaps each member of the SPT session is working something different. There are several key benefits:
