Northeast Fitness Classic:

Details:

• Prizes:   Cash and prizes based on participation / sponsors
• Format: team Competition (MM and FF)
• Divisions:  RX, Scaled, and Masters (Ages TBD)
• Events:  Each team is guaranteed three workouts but we've done four in the past, there will be final workout
• Final Workout:   Top teams from each division

Live Stream:

• We will live stream the entire event on our Facebook and YouTube Pages
• Early sign-ups get the best lane slots for Live Stream viewing
