I’ve been doing CrossFit for 2 months. Vertex is the only box I’ve ever been to and I’m glad it is! I took a leap and decided to try it and immediately fell in love with the place, the sport, and the people. The environment is encouraging, friendly, open, supportive, positive, and nonjudgmental. I couldn’t ask for better coaches, trainers, and support as I start and continue my CrossFit journey! All of them are willing to help you improve and work with you. I always feel comfortable asking them for advice. Plus I love that they blast music and not just any music. Music that gets you pumped and gets you through to the end.
