10 Double Unders
3 Thrusters 95/65lb
At the start of the clock athletes will complete 10 DUs, at the top of the 2nd min athletes will complete 3 Thrusters.
3rd min: 20 DUs, 4th min: 6 Thrusters,
5th min: 30 DUs, 6th min: 9 Thrusters,
7th min: 40 DUs, 8th min: 12 Thrusters,
9th min: 50 DUs, 10th min: 15 Thrusters,
ETC
*Should athletes fall outside of the minute under less then min 14, they will continue on as a 20 min AMRAP
**Score will be recorded as rounds completed plus reps
