THEN for Time:

100 Double Unders

50 Situps

80 Double Unders

40 Situps

60 Double Unders

30 Situps

40 Double Unders

20 Situps

20 Double Unders

10 Situps

**the amount of reps completed in the 6 min amrap will be subtracted from the time logged for the DU/SU combo. (time is calculated from 6min on clock, then subtract total reps in seconds from that time)
