A slight twist on the Bear Complex for Richard’s farewell WOD 🙂 Best of Luck Dick!!

5 Rounds of 7 sets of:

1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press

1 Back Squat

1 Push Press

Each combination of the five movements is considered one repetition.  You will be completing 7 repetitions in one set, increasing the weight for each of the 5 work sets.  Pick one movement (extra credit) each round to increase by one for every repetition. For example, on set 1 athlete chooses Power Clean as their extra credit movement, so on repetition 1 they would complete 1 PC, 1 FS, 1 PP, 1 BS, 1 PP, on repetition 2 they will complete 2 PC, 1 FS, 1 PP, 1 BS, 1 PP and so on through the 7 repetitions.

This is not a timed workout, this is for max weight only.  Rest as needed between sets, but do not let the bar touch the ground during your 7 reps.
